We have a wide range of excellently conditioned West Country ales (currently Butcome Bitter, Sharp's Doombar, Otter Bitter, St Austell's Tribute, Bellringer, Wadworth 6X and Bath Ales' Gem). As you would expect, we hold the Cask Marque accreditation whereby independent assesors ensure that the standard and quality of our ales is always top-notch. Regional ciders (Thatchers Gold and Stowford Press) sit perfectly alongside our selection of European lagers.
Our carefully chosen wine list, which you can view on the link below, covers current favourite trends whilst tempting you with some lovely surprises from smaller growers.
We also stock organic juices, locally made apple and pear juices whilst morning coffee and afternoon tea are on offer all day with our delicious homemade cakes and cookies.
Food
Our menus change frequently, to reflect the seasonal produce on offer from our local suppliers & markets. In addition, please ask staff about our daily specials.
Coffee and cake is served from 10am Monday to Saturday and a full lunch menu from 12pm. Dinner is from 6pm, and Sunday lunch is served each week from 12-3.00pm. All menus are available to download below. We do get very busy at the times you would expect so if you're thinking of eating, it would be a good idea to book in advance.
We have a great children's menu on offer at lunch & dinner, and a kids play area with vintage mini chairs & table, a little wooden stove & colouring materials upon request.
